There are 5 main rooms which are for hire

The Norman Moore Room
This is our largest room incorporating a stage and is suitable for corporate presentations.
The room is air conditioned and has wireless internet access.
It will comfortably accommodate up to 120 people when set up for a seminar or conference and will seat 100 people at round tables.

The Gordon Bourne Room
This room can also be used for slightly smaller seminars or conferences and will accommodate 75/80 people.

David Cons Room
Smaller meeting room with its own bar and is ideal for small social gatherings. It will comfortably seat 50 people or take up to 75 standing.

Alice Caplin Suite
This room will seat 15/20 people and is suitable for a small conference.
The room has doors opening onto an outside raised patio with tables and seating area.

The Shakespeare Room
Virtually the same size as The Alice Caplin Suite and suitable for the similar purposes. The two rooms can be joined by removing a sliding partition and allowing a combined room suitable for 50 to 60 people.

Meeting Rooms
We have 2 Rooms which are large enough for small gatherings of 20 to 30 people.

Room Hire Costs

For meetings, seminars and conferences -
There are package prices which include Tea, Coffee, soft drinks, bottled water, squash and buffet food. Price is on application to, the centre manager Mr Tom Scott who will be happy to discuss your requirement.

Cole Court is 11 miles from the centre of London and 3 miles from Heathrow Airport.
We have a large 120 vehicle car park located in our own grounds with controlled barrier access.
The M3, A316 is our main route in and out of London and we are only 5 minutes’ walk from Twickenham railway mainline station to London Waterloo. 
We are ideally situated for you to find us and when you get here you won’t be disappointed.
